This was our second project in this house for 2 different owners ( The House is Direct Ocean Front —If you go the wrong direction after a few adult beverages — Your swimming ! )

The Original project updated a beach cottage to a year round house with upgrades to mechanicals / structural work to change the floor plan… The first and Second floors were completely renovated w/ a new Master Bedroom and 2 full baths - Removed a central chimney added an interior stone Fireplace and an Exterior Stone Fireplace for those cool summer evenings by the Atlantic.

The new owners put their excellent style into an expansion of the kitchen - changes to the beach room and stairway, We’re working on a design for the Third Floor -Once complete there will not be a single inch of the house untouched by Morpheus
